Creative writing has always been my passion! Awards and recognition for my poetry include:

• First Place Winner, 2014 Poetry Contest sponsored by The Writers Place.

• Third Place Winner, 2013 Lenore Marshall Poetry Prize, Barnard College.

• Public readings at A Gathering of the Tribes Gallery (NYC) and at Barnes & Noble bookstores, as well as in libraries, schools, and senior centers.
